Privacy Policy & GDPR Information

1. Scope

This policy explains how App Global sp. z o.o. (“App Global”, “123 AI”, “we”) processes personal data collected through 123ai.center, business inquiries, the Talent Network, and project-related communications.

2. Data we may process

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Voice, recordings and AI projects

Submitting the Talent Network form alone does not grant App Global or its clients a licence to use an applicant’s voice, likeness or recordings for AI training. If a person is invited to a project involving audio, voice, image or video, the permitted uses, client access, compensation, territory, duration, sublicensing and any AI/ML/TTS/ASR rights are defined in separate project terms or an agreement presented before participation.

Voice or facial material may constitute personal data. If a project processes biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, such processing will only take place where an appropriate legal basis under Article 9 GDPR is available, and any required explicit consent or project-specific notice will be obtained separately.

5. Recipients

Data may be accessed only where necessary by App Global personnel and authorised contractors, IT/hosting/email providers, professional advisers, and — for a specific project — the relevant client, project partner or processor where this is necessary to evaluate, organise or perform the project. Public authorities may receive data where required by law.

6. International transfers

We aim to process data in the EEA where practical. If data must be transferred outside the EEA, we use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR.

7. Retention

8. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in the forms is voluntary, but required fields are necessary for us to handle the request or maintain a Talent Network profile. Please do not submit special-category data, identity documents, criminal-record information or other highly sensitive information unless we expressly request it for a lawful project purpose.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means through these website forms. We may use search, filtering or project-matching tools to help staff identify potentially suitable profiles, with human involvement in project selection.

11. Website storage, cookies and analytics

At launch, 123ai.center does not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. The website may store a language preference locally in the browser so the selected EN/PL version remains consistent. Server and form infrastructure may process limited technical data required for security, delivery and anti-abuse purposes.

12. Minors

The Talent Network is intended for persons aged 18 or over. Projects involving minors, if ever offered, will use a separate process and any legally required parental/guardian permissions.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, server-side storage of form credentials, anti-abuse controls and restricted access to project information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, processors, technology or legal obligations change. The current version is published on this page. Questions and data-protection requests should be sent to 123ai@123ai.center.
