1. Operator

123 AI is operated by App Global sp. z o.o., ul. Sikorskiego 30A, 86-300 Grudziądz, Poland, NIP 8762499108. General and business contact: 123ai@123ai.center.

2. Informational nature

Information on the website describes capabilities and areas of interest and is not a binding offer, guarantee of capacity, quotation or commitment to accept a project. A binding scope, price, schedule, service level, acceptance criteria and liability rules require separate written agreement or written confirmation by authorised parties.

3. Business inquiries

A requester is responsible for providing sufficiently accurate information to allow project evaluation. Unless a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement is in force, do not submit trade secrets, production credentials, highly sensitive personal data or confidential datasets through the public website form.

4. Third-party and client data

A business requester must have an appropriate legal basis and authority for any personal data, recordings, scripts, datasets or other third-party materials supplied to App Global. Detailed controller/processor roles, data-processing instructions, security measures and international transfers should be agreed separately where required.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable law. Project intellectual-property ownership, dataset rights, licences, model/output rights and rights in participant recordings are defined in the relevant project agreement.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but may modify, suspend or update it. To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, App Global is not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability, third-party network failures, browser configuration or reliance on non-binding website descriptions.

7. Law

These website terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Business project contracts may specify separate governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
