Talent Network & Voice/Data Participation Terms

1. Network registration

Submitting a profile means that the applicant asks 123 AI / App Global to consider them for current and future projects. Registration does not guarantee work, minimum volume, selection, exclusivity or any particular compensation.

2. Eligibility and accuracy

Applicants confirm that they are at least 18 years old and that information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge. 123 AI may request reasonable verification of language, identity, eligibility, equipment, location or experience when required for a specific project.

3. No employment relationship by registration

Registration alone does not create employment, agency, partnership, exclusivity or a contractor relationship. The legal and commercial form of cooperation is defined separately for each selected project.

4. Voice, image, recordings and AI rights

If a project requires recording or other content, the project agreement may — where lawful and expressly accepted — grant App Global and/or the named client rights necessary to record, reproduce, edit, clean, segment, annotate, transform, combine, analyse, process and use project materials for the purposes specified in that agreement.

Depending on the project, expressly agreed rights may include use for developing, training, fine-tuning, testing, validating and evaluating artificial intelligence, machine-learning, speech-recognition, TTS, ASR, conversational, computer-vision or robotics systems; creation of derived or synthetic outputs; extraction of features or embeddings; commercial or research use; delivery to the client; and sublicensing or onward use by specified clients, affiliates, processors or technology partners. The exact scope, territory, duration, exclusivity (if any), compensation and termination rules are controlled by the project agreement, not by this website registration.

5. Compensation

Compensation and payment conditions are determined separately for each project. Where the project agreement provides for a licence, assignment, buyout or other grant of rights, the agreed compensation may include consideration for those rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Applicant materials

An applicant must not submit third-party recordings, confidential materials, copyrighted scripts, personal data of other people or content they are not authorised to provide. The applicant remains responsible for having the rights required to submit any sample or material voluntarily provided.

7. Confidentiality

Project briefs, scripts, client identities, datasets, prompts, software, test materials and other non-public project information may be confidential. Project-specific confidentiality obligations may apply and, when accepted, remain binding according to their terms.

8. Client relationships and project-specific restrictions

Specific projects may include confidentiality, non-solicitation, non-circumvention, conflict-of-interest, exclusivity, security, deletion or return-of-material obligations where commercially justified and lawful. Such obligations apply only when clearly stated and accepted for that project.

9. Selection, suspension and removal

123 AI may decide not to invite an applicant to a project, may stop contacting a profile, or may remove a profile from active matching where information is materially inaccurate, project rules are breached, security concerns arise, the applicant requests removal, or continued retention is no longer justified.

10. Privacy and project contracts

Data protection consent is separate from commercial rights in recordings. Withdrawal of a consent used as a GDPR legal basis does not automatically undo rights or processing that are independently necessary under a valid contract or another lawful basis; the effect of withdrawal depends on the specific processing and agreement.

11. Governing framework

These website registration terms are governed by Polish law to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. A specific project agreement may set additional or different commercial terms, governing law or dispute provisions.
